Located in Mellieha Valley,the apartment is bright & spacious :) with a sunny disposition!

 3rd floor  with  lift. 
 
It is accessable to wheelchair users and inside the flat there are no steps:) 
 
Two of the 3 Bedrooms enjoy RELAXING SEA VIEWS of the blue Mediterranean :) 
In the morning its great to wake up to sea views 
The terrace enjoys views of Mellieha Valley and is great for lunch or a morning cup of tea/coffee.
At night its lovely to go to sleep to the sound of the waves! 
  
Built in 1998,  redecorated in May 2008 , floor area of 145sq.m
 
There are three bedrooms, two  double beds and  two single beds. Large rooms with lots of wardrobe space.
There is one main bathroom with a bath with shower attachment. 
One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with wc, wash-hand basin and a walk in shower (no steps to get into the shower).
   
KücheThe kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans,plates, cups and cutlery.
Also plastic plates and cups if you wish to have a picnic at the beach.
Fridge freezer  with built in ice cube trays, electric kettle, sandwich toaster, toaster, coffee machine, gas oven, gas hob, books, children's games, some dvds and a view from most rooms :) TV and DVD player. Standard cable tv service is included in the rent .
An automatic washing machine is located in the main bathroom together with clothes racks for drying clothes. An ironing board plus iron and a hair dryer are located in the bedrooms. All rooms have ceiling fans.

Also included in the rental price are  fresh bed linen and towels.
 
Internet is available at an additional 20euro per week.

A well stocked MINI MARKET is 50m away behind the apartment block (overseas newspapers supplied). Cafes and restaurants are literally on our doorstep. One can book cruises and activities 2mins from the apartment on the way to the main beach. Bus stops are located just across the road and some 70m down the road(further details on request).
